Is it a keeper or should I keep looking? Price is $3400.

While the crown angle is a little shallow, overall it looks like it would be a solid choice.
Do you have images/videos? With CVD there can sometimes be issues with stria causing the stone to look a little hazy so you'll want to verify that isn't the case, and you'll ideally want an ASET to verify light performance. Price is within the same range I'm seeing from several vendors for this size and quality of stone. =)

Thank you for the response! My last stone was hideous and hazy, but I am hoping this one is a winner.

Here is a link to the stone:

To be safe, I never compromise these dimensions when buying a lab grown round brilliant cut, I don't deviate the slightest, as the slightest deviation can have big negative impact on light performance,

Depth= 60- 62.1
Table=54 - 58
crown angle= 33.9- 34.9
pavilion angle = 40.2- 41
girdle = thin to slightly thick
cutlet= none
fluorescence none

I have no experience with any of the cuts beside round brilliant ,but I'm sure my above specs will not apply .https://photos.google.com/share/AF1...?key=aVNuaVpXYVAzNGE3YmdvWnJiS2RYT3h1cUgxNWFn

This stone would favor brightness. I would keep looking for something within these specs for a more balanced stone:

Member Recommended Proportions*
Table: 55 – 58 %
Crown Angle: 34 – 35 °
Pavilion Angle: 40.6 – 40.9 °
Lower Halves: 75 – 80 %
Depth: 60 – 62.5 %
Girdle: Thin-Medium or Medium-SlightlyThick

If using GIA or GCAL report data some numbers are rounded up or down, therefore:
When pavilion angle is 40.8 ° any crown angle above is okay
When pavilion angle is 40.6 ° lean toward crown angle 34.5 – 35.0 °
When pavilion angle is 41.0 ° lean toward crown angle 34.0-34.5 °
When pavilion angle is 40.8 ° and crown angle is 35 ° lower halves need to be 80% *

My preferred range...
PA: 40.6-40.8°
CA: 34.5-35.0°
Table: 56-58%
Depth: 60.8-62.5%
