What do you think of these diamonds?

I am currently looking at two different princess cut diamonds, but really am just looking for the best pincess cut diamond I can get within my price range that is around 1ct. My budget is $3200 MAX for the diamond.

The first diamond is 0.98 carats I color VS2 clarity, GIA certified for $2940 It has a 74.8% depth, 72% table, Select Ideal Cut, Very Good Polish and Symmetry, no fluorescence, measures 5.42 x 5.39 x 4.03 mm, 1.01 ratio.

The second diamond is 1.00 carats, I VS2 GIA certified, for $3125 It has a 73.1% depth, 71% table, Select Ideal Cut, Very Good Polish, Very Good Symmetry, no fluorescence, measures 5.60 x 5.54 x 4.05 mm, 1.01 ratio.

Welcome Dale,

Could you ask for ASET and or Idealscope images of these diamonds please? The diamond in the pic appears to be a bit dark in the pic, but I would want the above if possible to make sure and also more photos if you can get them.

I found some more information. They said that they didn''t have an IdealScope.... but I did get the crown and pavilion angles for the 1.00 ct. They are currently getting them for me on the other one as well.

53.7 crown angle, and 41 pavilion angle on AA956184 1.00 I VS2 GIA Princess.

What do you think?

The thing is that those figures don''t tell as much as they would if it was a round diamond, could you ask for some more photos of the diamond? That would help.
