What do you think about this diamond?

I like the proportions but the amount of inclusions scare me. Haven't seen it in person (obviously I will), but based on the specs are there any red flags here?

Its cut deep at 62.8%. Do you have any pictures/videos of the stone so we can have a look at the inclusions? Its got a lot
going on around the girdle but is a Med - Slightly Thick (not thin).

Cloud as the main grade maker is an issue. It may look milky.
But when there are so many other inclusions listed - the cloud may not be a problem. It needs an expert eye.
The depth will not affect the fire - it will be exceptionally firey if the clouds are not an issue. The depth comes from the thickish girdle and the rather small table - and if that is compensated by the price then it is a winner.
The girdle will have no impact on the beauty and make it indestructable.
