What do you guys think of this price?

I finally decided to pick this up....this is my last checkup...any and all thoughts and suggestions are welcome....so, bring them on!!

I am buying a 2.78 RB GIA cert, EX/EX, J/SI1, Ideal cut proportions, no flourescence.....$15k total.....thoughts?

if you already decided why ask for an opinion? you will need to post a sarin report.
