I just saw this thread. It was so cool seeing everyone''s jobs! I know I''m late but I thought I''d throw my 2 cents in:

I have my bachelors in sports broadcasting & am currently an intern for a MLB team.

I work in finance and accounting for a large brokerage firm.


We basically reconcile and prepare the books and the financial statements.

Thomperchik, I do the same! but for a small telecommunications company. I guess I am our finance department since it''s just me. It gets lonely. I''m thinking of getting into a larger company just for the sake of having more people to talk to at work!

Nice!!! I don''t know if I really recommend the corporate world, but I don''t think office politics is any different elsewhere!

I''m late to the thread also but I''m an elementary school teacher. I''d love to be a librarian but I am too lazy to go back to school AGAIN (I got my license in supervision and administration 2 years ago).

I spend my days trying to put pieces of puzzles together so I can make sure our members are getting the services they are entitled to and work closely with the legal department to keep issues out of the fire. I really love my job and the company I work for.
