I have a few pieces of my grandmothers jewellery and I am in the process of will making and listing who will receive what and I have had this bracelet for years but hardly ever worn it.

Is it mother of pearl? What could the blue be turquoise?

Any thoughts appreciated

Looks like mother-of-pearl (very flat, iridescent, and almost "punched-out" looking) and gold plate so I'm guessing plastic or heavily-treated turquoise.

to me, the softly iridescent ovals appear to be mother of pearl. the blue could be treated turquoise or resin. the metal work looks intricate and slightly tarnished with fading most evident at the jump rings, possibly gold over silver ...

it's a pretty bracelet
