To answer your question, Kenny, I think it means that the person filming it was on drugs. Makes me wonder if a unicorn jumped out from behind him afterward.

Well, yeah. I think kenny knew that. Someone on YouTube commented, "This is why weed isn't legal". Only I don't think it was weed. The rainbow was magnificent, however.
