We are getting a huge party tent. So here is my problem My colors are pink and green. Light pale pink with bubblegum pink (medium pink) flowers and accessories. The color green I cant seem to pick. I don''t want Lime green but can''t decide on Honeydew or Sage Green. Please Help!

I'm not quite sure that your poll is working correctly but I had a question for you.

Is it possible to post some things with the colors of green you are considering with the pinks? It might make it easier to give some input.

ETA: Now your poll is showing up to me. So I guess its working fine.

Here is a sageish color. But I am not loving the bridesmaid dress.

I voted for the sage, but it could be because that is what I am going to use too

Sage green and the pink you have in mind will go well together.

Sageish color!

I like the second green the most, if it helps

I voted honeydew. But you should decide if you want a warmer feel or cooler tones. The sage makes everything seem cooler to me, but the honeydew is a much warmer and brighter tone. Being in the spring in May just makes me thing warmer.

Thank you ladies your really helping me out!

I love the pink and green. I voted for honeydew because it''s a brighter color and makes me happy for May:) I also wonder if you might change your mind completely between now and May 2010. I know my dream wedding color scheme has flip-flopped several times in the last few months alone.

My favorite color has been pink since I has five. I actually knew the color would be pink & green as soon as were engaged but never could settle what shade of green. My bridesmaids are torn also. I will promise after the polls not to change the shade again

Keep in mind that every dressmaker and every single vendor you will run into will have a different definition of sage and honeydew. One of my colors is sage, and no one uses the same color of green. One designer''s "sage" may look almost exactly like another''s "honeydew." Also, it is IMPOSSIBLE to pick these colors from the computer, as every monitor renders the color differently. You HAVE to see it in person if the exact shade is important to you.

Honeydew is usually a livlier green, and for May that''s what I''d do. It''s more of a spring/summer green for me than sage which is fall/winter for me.

luvthemstrawberries - That is a great way to think of it!

marchswallowbird- I am not expecting to have the exact color as long as they were close. I went to Davids bridal a couple of weeks ago and looked at both colors and liked them both still couldn''t decide.

Gypsy- I never thought of this before! You are wonderful! Thanks so much!

I actually like the sage better because the honeydew looks too similar in hue/tone to the pink to me..........

Let us know which one you choose!

Well I was already leaning towards honeydew only because I love the bridesmaids dresses. I have chosen honeydew! I have created my bouquet already out of real touch silk flowers. I am going to post them let me know if you like them or I could rearrange them. I showed them to a couple family members they thought they were real. When I told them they were fake they had to touch them and they are real touch so they feel real.

I am thinking about adding some pearls on top

Also I am now wondering what do I use for the groom & the groomsmen flowers?

Ohh I love that bouquet! You could do a single peony/open english rose for the bridesmaids...and maybe something like ranunculus for the groomsmen? They have a similar flowery look and come in pink.
