True that the plot can''t be used to clarity grade. But I will take a guess just for the fun of it.
I have noticed that GIA tends to grade ''harder'' on feathers. So based on the length of the feather and visibility that it may have face on, I will take a stab- SI1.

your all close! but noone got it yet, its actually a vs2
the reason i ask is b/c i am helping a friend find a stone and every stone we look at in that category has visible inclusions under a loupe.
for some reason we cannot see anything inside this stone in all lighting conditions even with a 30x loupe
just struck me as odd
