what are your thoughts on a 32.5 - crown, 41 - pav combo. Scoring a 0.7 in HCA

Such a low crown decreases "life" and increases the chances for damage.

No proportion based screening tool is perfect.
Both GIA and AGS's proportion cut grade system have their own flaws and limitations. So does HCA.
Try 60/57/28/41.8 .. Yes. 28/41.8
An absolutely unrealistic terrible combo, but it scores well in HCA.
That's why many recommend a secondary screening tool
