I know you have seen this ring before- but until my spessie comes and I set it I have no new CC rings. This Mahenge spinel is such a bright, happy color. I think that is why I love the bright pinks/reds so much.

Up early for a meeting. I’m wearing this aqua brooch, no earrings, and blue jadeite bangle which is close to the color of the brooch. I love brooches on structured clothing. 2nd pic is more accurate of the color.

Ok, changed to some relaxed attire for the rest of the day. After all, it’s the weekend! I got these vintage Zuni earrings with super skinny turquoise slivers. They remind me of organ music somehow and go with stripes. Wearing with sky star.

Strictly for the colour comparison of gems at the fair and random gems spotted here and there. Like the master stones at gem labs. But these are our personal portable ones lol.

Taking a quick break before a meeting. I’ve Really been enjoying Zuni pieces lately, including this super heavy, new to me vintage 1970’s necklace. It’s got a power about it. I’m not normally a fan of rope chains, but this piece just works with it. Kind of reminds me of a rapper lol! Also wearing with Moonlight Jelly.
I do enjoy mixing different styles.

Thank you! I’m finding that the older I get, the more wild I don’t mind being when it comes to mixing. These days, a big necklace or a pair of dramatic earrings with more understated rings...or modest necklaces with big cuffs ...possibilities are endless!
