In no particular order:
* Cooking 3 meals a day for my family of 4. I find this reasonably enjoyable but it feels like I'm doing it all day, every day, and truth be told it's getting kind of old. To save my sanity, we order dinner delivery once or twice a week.
* Stalking grocery delivery websites for open delivery slots and new stock. Seriously, I feel like a modern-day hunter-gatherer because it is HARD to get a delivery slot and find the groceries I need. It's not possible to cook with recipes and specific ingredients anymore...I just cook whatever ingredients happen to be in stock. Whenever I can't get a delivery slot, I suit up in my mask and gloves and hit Safeway...it's scary every time!
* Cleaning the house. No small feat in our tiny city house with a dog who sheds like mad.
* Going down internet rabbit-holes
* Playing game apps on my phone
* Playing and listening to music
* Reading
* Exercising
* Walks with my husband and dog
* Netflix and other TV/movie programming
* Browsing but not buying anything on my favorite clothing websites. It has been an exercise in self-control to NOT order stuff from designers/stores that are having huge sales (that wouldn't have otherwise happened if it weren't for COVID19)
* And of course, lots of "togetherness" with my family. We don't hate each other yet, so that's good
I quit my job last summer and can't imagine what my stress level would be right now if I hadn't! KUDOS to all of you who are juggling work on top of family and everything else that's happening in the world!!
