... there's always walks around the neighborhood.

I have never been so happy that we bought a Peloton awhile back! We just recently got a set of free weights and resistance bands to go with it. I'm #sanchica27 if anyone wants to follow![]()
Yes!!! I love my Peloton rides. Who are your favorite instructors? I like Hannah Marie Corbin, Ally Love, Emma Lovewell and a few others now and then. Keeps me sane.
Luckily we have outdoor bootcamps still going on. 6 feet of separation, no high 5's, your own mat, your own dumbbells, your own towel but still community motivation. The trainers are limiting camps to around 15 people to keep the space from one another consistent. It's working great - I feel a part of something without any close contact to folks - and always in the open air.
I started a routine a while back for days I could not make it to the gym and follow that everyday and keep adding to it. I am up to 350 crunches, 100 push-ups, 40 squats, various upper body exercises and walk at least a mile.

I'm jelly of everyone who has space for gym equipment! There's zero space in our tiny city house. We don't even have room for our small food stockpile, which is sitting in grocery bags on the foyer floor.
All gyms here are closed due to the outbreak so our only choice is the great outdoors. DH cycles and I run. Running outdoors isn't my first choice because of the impact on my joints, but I need high-intensity cardio and I don't like biking or swimming. I normally go to the gym 6 days a week (elliptical + treadmill) but these days I'm jogging in the park. I figure that running only every other day will help to reduce impact on my joints. I hope!
I may give streaming workout videos a try. Or maybe yoga vids but I'm suuuuper inflexible so that could be an exercise in futility.![]()
