What are you doing for exercise while your Gym is closed due to Coronavirus?

I do a little yoga and a little tai chi. But I do half an hour of seated peddling most days on this:

If you do it on resistance, it raises a sweat and gets your heart pumping.

I also do chair cardio, which is a good abs workout:

I have a lower back issue, so these exercises are really good for me. My gym is currently closed, but, when there, I used to do resistance. I do have weights here as well, tho, so all up I'm not doing too badly.

I am just starting resistance exercises and isometrics and free weights and it is kicking my butt. Yeah it's a great workout!

Just started this wall slide exercise and it is really working my leg muscles.

I will continue to run locally through the fields on Mon, Wed, & Fri & do 45 min yoga Tues & Thurs. We are lucky where we are that when we are fully locked down (as of now we are not allowed into pubs, clubs, cafes or restaurants, but schools & businesses are mostly open) we are very rural, so we will be able to get plenty of fresh air & exercise without really seeing other people.

My fitness studio is offering on-line training while they are closed.

Since I am now WFH full-time, I dragged my clotheshanger, er Fitdesk, dwon from the attic. It's basically a stationary bike with a keyboard desk.

I also had a heck of a time ordering a dumbbell weight set....they suddenly went unavailable as I tried to place my order...so after a lot of searching, I ended up having to pay more to get an available set. On Monday, I learned I learned that others bought dumbbell weights over the weekend because their gyms closed....perhaps one of them stole it from under me

Can you run on a softer surface like grass or dirt or sand? To make it less harsh on your joints?

I could, but my problem is I like to run for about an hour, and running on uneven surfaces like grass, dirt, or sand frustrates me because I can't go as far or as long. I'm also clumsy and could totally envision myself wiping out on anything but an asphalt or concrete surface! I miss my gym though -- I much prefer elliptical and treadmill workouts where I can get 6-7 miles in without wrecking my body!
