What are the best proportions for a glittery (instead of fiery) round brilliant?

I think I’ve identified my history of dissatisfaction. I keep going for fiery stones for the bold flashes, but I think I actually want glittery rainbow sparkles. Should I be looking for a smaller crown height and table?

I would say 80% lower halves would help. Thinner arrows will give you less of those big flashes and a more splintery look.
