It looks like a criss cut to me.

Thanks for confirming! That was my thought too but I was a little unsure after looking at their website. It was going to be one of those things that popped into my head randomly later and then bothered me lol.
 
In order for a diamond to be graded as "emerald cut", it must be a step-cut. But, this is not. It is not a "brilliant cut" either. Therefore a rather generic name is given for shape and style. The shape is "rounded cornered rectanguler" and the style is "modified brilliant"

As a side note, all princess diamonds are graded as "square modified brilliant", not princess.

For style, GIA recognizes step cuts and brilliant cuts only. Everything else is "modified brilliant".
