I know many of you have been waiting to see a closeup of an x-factor, so here''s mine! My dear FI proposed with this on 6th June. I''m so in love...

Jstarfireb, just to give you a realistic view of my stone, there are actually 2 brown specks in my stone, one visible from top view, the other is only visible thru the side, even under a microscope. And here''s the brown speck, visible from the top! You can barely see it in the 40x photo. Loupe-less, I have to stare hard with the stone 1 inch from my eye before I could spot it. And I''m very near-sighted.

Thanks for all ur sweet comments! Now I just can''t wait for my setting to be ready. The jeweler said that he has to keep my stone cos it''ll be easier to make my setting a perfect fit for the it. Now I''m suffering from empty nest syndrome...

I just revisited this site to see the new pics...looks like your stone is showing some teal color....it is gorgeous, no kidding...I really love it....if I had seen it before my BF bought my cushion cut it would have caused some serious tug-of-war in my mind in choosing between the two.
