I just wanted to give my opinion regarding the customer service with WF. Here''s a little background:
My fiance purchased my stone and setting from WF last March/April. He proposed in June with the ring of my dreams. Everything was perfect except for the head not sitting exactly as I had imagined it. Needless to say, I was NOT about to complain about the gorgeous ring to the man who just asked me to spend my life with him.
So WF found out that I was not 100% in love with my ring. I received a phone call from Vera yesterday. (This is 10 months later, mind you....they really didn''t HAVE to call me or attempt to help) She said that she wanted to make me 100% happy with my ring. Within an hour she e-mailed all the instructions on how to send it back and they will fix it!! And they''re not charging me anything! And they are going to hold onto the band we just ordered and send me pics of them together for approval.
I still can''t get over this...I keep telling everyone that I feel like I''m getting a NEW RING or something!
If you are shopping for a company or are unsure of purchasing online, you really should feel completely safe and secure with WF. I guarentee you that not every jeweler would be so accommodating 10 months after they already had our money. THIS is why WF has loyal customers.
