WF custom quote timeframe?

I have been emailing back and forth with Lesley at WF since I sent my bangle back. I am considering a 5 stone ring, and I asked for a quote on a custom piece on Monday. She sent me some handshots of their stock setting and also a CAD drawing of one idea that I had, but I haven''t heard back from regarding cost from them this week, and I don''t know how long it takes. I don''t want to rush them or anything but I just don''t know anything about the custom process.

How long does it usually take to get a quote?

One unrelated question... I sent my bangle back to them on Monday via their requested shipping method and I was wondering how long it generally takes for WF to receive it?

Typically they respond same day, at least that''s been my experience. With a custom process, maybe a day or two I think because they go back to their design team...I''ve never waited longer than 1-2 days...maybe it''s busy at the moment....

I think the time it takes depends on where you are sending it from. I just sent them something USPS Registered mail on 1/11/08 and it just arrived this morning. They will email you and let you know once they receive your bangle.

Thanks. Traci from WF called me. I'm guessing she saw this thread.

Lesley has been out this week so that's why I haven't heard back. Traci gave me some reasonable quotes! I got prices for .25's and .30's for a 5 stone ring...hubby said that if I'm going to do this, I should go big! Who am I to disagree? LOL!

Just curious if you tried to email Lesley... If so, there should have been an auto-reply telling you to contact Vera in her absence. If you did not receive that let me know so we can track down the issue.

I haven''t emailed Lesley since Monday. She said she''d get back to me when she had a quote for me so I didn''t want to harass her LOL...well anymore than I already have! When Traci called me last night she told me that Lesley was out so that''s how I knew.
