Wedding bands for Past Present & Future e-ring?

My fiance & I only have about 8 weeks left until the big day...and we still need to decide on her wedding band. So far she is not a fan of getting something custom made (curved) to go w/ the ring, however no rings actually fit flush against her e-ring.

Can anybody recommend some styles or rings they've seen (pics would be very helpful) that work w/ the PP&F (and sorry about all the lint!)?

What about an eternity band? Just somthing simple. Or what about just wearing the ering as both? Or wearing them on different hands? Does she have anything that is a must have/refuses hands down?
