Wedding band preview: Cartier eternity

Hi all,

I've received my wedding band a few days ago and couldn't resist to take a few pics (with my phone, sorry it's a little blurry). I'll take better ones when I can officially wear it in May!

It's a full eternity, 2mm wide and it's definitely the right width (IMO at least!) to complement my ering. I'm already in love with it! It's sparkles so much! I know some of you will say I would have saved some bucks by buying online but my fiance wanted nothing but a Cartier band for him and that was easier to get both wedding bands from the same places.

I should add that I'm pretty satisfied that I bought it in a store because it's thinner than my other rings and I had to take one size below my usual size...I would have been stuck with an oversized and non sizeable ring had I bought it online!

I'm so excited it's getting harder and harder to wait...it really brings the extra bling my ering needed and now that I've seen them together my ring starts looking a bit boring standing alone on my finger

And yes, I'll try to make some better pictures with a real camera asap!

im looking at getting a cartier wedding band myself - do you mind if i ask is that a platinum or white gold band? my ering has a thin shank so id really like that exact style of wedding band, but i havent seen it online in platinum...

Hi Blackpaw,

It's a white gold band as they unfortunately don't have that style in Platinum. It should be ok to wear with my platinum 1895 ering because of the donut that creates a small gap between both rings. I don't know what style of ering you have but if it has even a small donut it should be ok.

Also, the wedding band is very low so it won't eat into the prongs or anything.

Thanks Frenchcut my ering does have a bit of a donut, certainly no wedding band will sit flush against it...
