wedding band for leon mege adrianna 811 halo

hi everyone,

a few of you may remember me ... i wrote a few months ago when I was doing some research on what engagement ring to get my then girlfriend (now fiancé!)! Thanks to everyone''''s help - i got the Halo 811 Adrianna from leon mege ... which she loves and everyone who sees it is amazed by! Anyways, we were looking for some advice about a wedding band to go with it. Leon is recommending the following Marina double band to us:

We are not sure if we should a) go for a double band right now and b) if this style will look okay with her current engagement band. As some of you may know, Leon really pushes for ladies to wear their wedding band on a different finger than their engagement band. she may do this, but there is a good chance she will probably wear both on the same finger and we do not want it to look odd.

her engagement band looks basically the same as heb1976''''s! heb1976, do you have any advice? What is the name of the band you got? Is it the matching adrianna band? (which she loves too based on your pictures!)

also, does anyone see any pros or cons of going to the same jeweler for the wedding band? is that something that is highly recommended or not for some reason?

I say wear them on the same hand as long as you ensure the diamonds are not rubbing one another or rubbing the setting. I think with single-sided pave this is not an issue, but someone will correct me if I am wrong.

There is no reason why you should use the same jeweler except that the styles of pave will match better.

I like Heb''s set and would opy it if you love it too!

I would have Leon make the band the same width/style as the e-ring. I like matching that way though.

Big Ditto to that, and I would ignore Leon''s opinion that it shouldn''t be worn that way. Just tell him you will put it on another finger if you have to.

The reason why you get the same designer to do both is so that the prongs are placed in the same way, there is the same delicate and small prongs and lack of metal (like only Leon can do) and so that the thicknesses of the bands are identical.

Congratulations on your engagement!

I''d love to see pics of how the ering turned out. I too am considering the Adrianna but am worried about the cost. I have hope though because it sounds like you were able to get Leon to come down on the cost especially with the 1/2 eternity. How was it dealing with him? Everyone has such a different experience but it sounds like your gf couldn''t be happier with the ring so that''s really all that matters(and all that I''m looking for too!)
