Waste of money?

I have been looking for a blue green, inexpensive stone for a fun ring. I found this zircon on ebay, and I really like the color. I need your opinion. I feel like it is not cut very well, but it is priced less than $50. Should I take a chance on it, since I like the color or pass?

It might have cut issues which I don't know whether you can overlook it. That is something only you will know. Do you have more pictures of it?
