This stone looks good on the HCA score but the Crown Angle seems low at 32.5. I thought crown angle should be between 34-35

Thanks for having a look!
Have a great day!

I like #3 because it measures out the largest, has a good HCA score...I wouldn't be too concerned with the crown angle although it should be around 34, I'd just make sure it's put into a secure 6 or 8 prong or bezel...

Edit to add, can you get idealscope images for these?

I'll work on Ideal scopes, I'm sure that'll help.
Thank you for your input.

jetsurgn: is your goal to have a warm colored diamond or do you want something within your budget that is as close to colorless as possible?

The colors you've selected are definitely on the lower end of the scale so they will have a yellow tinge, but the lower you go, the stronger the yellow gets so I'm curious what your goal with the color is. Fluorescence can sometimes be negative and make a diamond appear oily or hazy, but it can also be positive and sometimes make a diamond in a low color grade appear a bit whiter.

I think the warmer colors are great looking. I think M would be the lowest on the scale I'd like to go.
I'm looking for something different.

Have you seen MRBs in these colors before? And MRB in that range won't look really different in any way ::) The color will look softer, warmer, in some lighting the stone will have a chameleon effect taking on environmental colors. But those are personal things, nothing anyone else would notice I suspect, unless you point it out. I think you have to go a lot lower to have something that really *looks* different in terms of color. Cut would have a much larger impact on how the stone looks, overall. LIke an L-M color chunky cushion would look very very different.

Anyways they all look promising. I am not sure how the fluor would look with stones in that color range -- whether it would have the same effect of lessening the apparent tint. Something to ask the vendors.

need pictures.
