Hi friends, if you saw my last thread on the Tiffany east-west watch you will laugh when you see this. I didn't even know I was in a watch-buying mood.

Makes me think of my first Swatch ever.

I think my first swatch was about that size... it was sort or a cinnabar color red strap and face with white lettering... a very early model. I gave it to a local Swatch collector not too long ago.

Rubies, it is hilarious that you mention that. I was in bed with my 10 year daughter and she grabs me and says, "What is that?!" The room is completely silent and you can hear my watch ticking. She goes, "mom, that is so annoying." Lol!! I got ejected and was allowed back only after I left the watch in the other room.
