I appreciate fire/dispersion in a diamond above all other qualities. I read the tutorials and understand that a crown angle greater than 35.5 will be necessary for a firey ideal cut. However, I haven't been able to find any, so rather than look for something that I am unlikely to find should I be looking for another cut?

Are old cuts more fiery than modern ideal, or H&A ideal, in a side to side comparison? Of the branded ideals are any cut , or noted for having, greater fire/disperson than the others?

Thank you for your help.

And do lower colors- H,J,K,L-show more fire than higher colors-.D,E,F? I read that on one of the old messages, but wasn't clear if this was just a personal opinion.

Finally, does fluorescence have any influence or effect on dispersion?

That is a lot of questions I know ,but I thought Id try and take care of it all in one fell swoop.
