This pair is actually an upgrade for me. I currently have a pair of round studs, 1 ctw, that came from Zales back in 2002 (looong before I discovered the wonders of PriceScope). They were actually bought as an anniversary gift from my XH, who is, shall we say, NOT a very nice person.

So, I''ve been wanting to get rid of my old ones for a while now, and my studs are the only piece of jewelry that I wear daily that was not bought for me by DH, so he agreed to replace them for my 30th birthday! Yay!

Thanks, MonkeyPie! I''m glad you like them . . . I wasn''t sure what shape I wanted when we started looking for new studs. I currently have rounds, so I knew I didn''t want another pair of rounds (trying to go for something different). I was looking at princess cuts, radiants, cushions, asschers and emeralds. DH has always been partial to princess cuts, so that was the deciding factor. God knows I couldn''t choose . . . I''ve never met a diamond I didn''t like!!! LOL!

I am disappointed. I thought you were going to show us some gorgeous guys. LOVE the earrings though! I think the princess cuts look so pretty in the yellow gold! Now here''s a stud! My post will probably get pulled for this!

I know what you mean . . . the wait has been LOOOOOOONG to say the least! LOL!

I'll definitely post ear shots ASAP! I don't know how good they'll be, though . . . our digital camera really tries, but it often does not succeed.

ETA: LOL about the good lookin' studs wearing my good lookin' studs!!! They'd have to pry them off my cold, dead earlobes first!!!
