Waiting for my Harry Winston...it's a torture :(

Why does Harry Winston take so long to resize? It's a torture to wait for the ring. I can't do anything now. ahhhh~~~
Anybody has any idea how I shall survive for the next 2 weeks until the ring comes?

It's exactly the ring in my profile picture. We were initially told resizing would take 1 week, but I got a call today and was told it would take one more week...

My HW micropave has a center stone of 1.8ish ct, E color and VVS1. Waiting is torturing. I can't even sleep now.

Two weeks is pretty much standard for any place to work on a piece (simple things like sizing anyway). It will get back to you before you know it!

That makes me feel a bit better. Thanks! It takes Tiffany only a couple of hours to resize though. So I was kinda upset to learn from HW that it would take weeks. Oh well, I'll just be drooling over other people's bling for now.

I'm always of the opinion that one should buy diamond stud earrings while waiting for the ring

She's off PS, but we called it "pulling a Wintotty" and a few of us have followed in her wise footsteps. Sure helped me while I waited for my Leon!

We didn't take pictures when we bought it. We should have. I think I was too excited to remember that. Will post pictures once I receive it.
