I'm looking to find some more information on piece of jewelry that belonged to my grandmother. It's a gold dragon pin with a lion's head locket, hanging from the pin. On the back of the pin, next to the "14k" mark, there is an eye mark. I'm assuming this is a maker's mark, although I haven't been able to find a record of a jeweler that used that mark.

Any info would and/or direction would be greatly appreciated.

What a beautiful Asian Dragon pin, and hanging off it is what, a lioness, or just a Cat? If the Dragon is Asian in style, then it most likely is a cat rather then a lioness. But that's my opinion. I have seen something like this year's ago, like during the 1970s in New York city, but after that I don't recall. I'll take a look in my reference books later today, and if Ifind ssomething (hopefully), I'll post it here. Oh, about what year/time frame did your grandmother own, or acquire this piece. It would help in the search for such a Grandmother on here, with our age range could be someone whom lived from 1900 to now.
