Vintage or modern?

Hello! I have my eye on a secondhand 18k band and I can’t tell if it’s vintage or modern. Does this stamp tell us anything about the origin? Thank you!

My guess is modern given that it looks brand new - perfectly finished, no dings or scratches. “18K” could be American. European countries denote purity as 750.

Looks modern...and those look like MRBs at least from the photo. Can we have a close up of the diamonds just to make sure? Pretty ring. I love the richness of the gold against the diamonds.

Thanks for the feedback!! I think you're right that they're MRBs and the condition probably says it all about the timing. I've been looking for a gypsy ring...this wasn't exactly what I had in mind but I do love this one!!
