Vintage Malachite ring please identify date

I just got this ring for free I'm just wonder how old it is and maybe if it's worth anything I don't have the ring yet it's coming through the mail

She said she had it for 24 years but her aunt had it before her.

I'd say it's 1970s-80s, Malachite and sterling. Worth maybe $50.
Give it a polish when you get it with a jewelry polishing cloth. If you don't have that, use toothpaste and an old toothbrush on the silver parts only and rinse. it will look great!
A nice, bold statement ring!
