Vintage Cyma 14k watch questions

hey, i was wondering if anyone can tell me a little about this watch. My girlfriend inherited it from her grandmother and the battery is dead. It could use a cleaning but otherwise it's too big for her and I was wondering if I would have any luck if I tried to sell it for more then "scrap/melt" value. It weighs 15.54 grams. 14k florentine band with small diamonds around the face. Any info is much appreciated, thank you

This forum tends to be about vintage jewelry, not watches. You may want to ask the Mods to move this to Hangout or another forum. I know there are some watch experts there, not sure about women's vintage watches. Maybe you can research watch resellers and see if they can give you a consignment guesstimate if you send pics.
