So I am in Engagement setting search mode. There is a Willow setting over at Brilliant Earth which I really liked and my first thought was that while I hand not started out wanting a conflict free diamond that was not a bad thing. I had even gone as far as getting a quote for a custom version with sapphire accents vs the diamonds pictured.

So my next step was to find a diamond. But after I found they were selling the same diamond (not similar but same GIA cert) for $1000 more I have become a bit turned off with brilliant earth. (the diamond in question is http://www.b2cjewels.com/dd-3513280-1.09-carat-Round-diamond-J-color-VS2-clarity.aspx)
So I am looking to see if I can find any other similar setting elsewhere. So far I found http://www.debebians.com/vine-twisted-engagement-ring-setting.html and http://mdcdiamonds.com/engagementdetails.cfm?Stock=ES1102&Country=US#
Any other suggestions? Specifically someone who would do the custom work of changing the side diamonds for sapphires?
