Hi everyone,
Wanted to thank you for your advice about the Victorian tourmaline ring I bought yesterday.
Thankfully, the seller hadn't shipped it yet and when I told her that a specialist forum had said it was most likely a reproduction, she agreed to cancel the order. Odd that she didn't offer proof of her purchase at the 'reputable antique seller' she had told me about before! She was annoyed that I had posted pictures of her listing on a forum so I have asked Pricescope to take my post down.
But thanks so much for sharing your expertise with me! The relief at the money coming back into my account is amazing
