This Victorian garnet treasure is from 1893 -1894! It is fully hallmarked and holds a rich garnet that reflects light beautifully. The stone is pretty deep - I love that the back is open and the culet rests against my skin. No filter or editing.

It truly is so deep and chunky! Maybe that's why it isn't for everyone. The culet pushes into my finger but not painfully!

Thank you! I think I got lucky! I don't buy many deep red almandine garnets. I love spess, rhodolite and Mali! And demantoid! My favourite is color change!
