I've been wanting a pair of approximately 2.00 ctw diamond studs for a while now. A big thank you to LLJsmom who recommended Victor Canera; I've never worked with him before and was excited to get a pair of earrings with him.
We had a lovely chat on the phone and he said he had a 1.024ct stone. I am Chinese and superstitious and was not comfortable with the 4 in the stone (!!!). He said that he could shave off 0.001 for it to be 1.023ct.
When he had it rechecked by AGS before going to the next step of shaving some weight off, it came back 1.025ct so that worked out great. He had rough that was cut just for me and turned out to be 1.022ct.
When he sent me the initial pictures I was in love! I have always liked delicate prongs and asked him to modify them to be smaller and tucked in.
I got my earrings in a beautiful large box with microfiber cloth, H&A viewer and a little drawer with the AGS certs and invoice.
Victor is a doll to work with and I will not hesitate working with him for future projects. I have a list

They look bigger than 1ct on your earlobes! 
Your studs have so much sparkle and presence, and that setting is just perfection! I am continually in awe of Victor's pieces, and I can assure you that you will enjoy these treasures for many years to come. Congratulations!!
