Hi PS Community,
We’ve gotten a lot of emails from clients asking about us and just wanted to post this publicly.
Our office is open at very limited hours throughout the day. Team will be mostly working from home but will continue replying to emails and coordinating with clients for their orders or support issues. Our cloud based platform allows us to issue quotes and generate the needed paperwork for clients remotely which is coming in very handy in circumstances like this.
Going forward, we’ll be listening to our local government and local authorities and will be implementing social distancing, segmenting our office where employees work from each other, adding further sanitation and we're skipping contact with large groups of people. Our building has also implemented additional Covid precautions.
As far as our products;
Custom Cut Diamonds: There might be a small delay in our custom cut diamond orders due to the closures at our overseas manufacturing partners. Rest assured that we will do our absolute best to get these diamonds to you in a timely and orderly manner.
Special Ordered Jewelry: Due to the limited hours we’re open our atelier shop is going to be mainly closed for the next 10 days. Victor has assured me though that once it reopens, they will do their absolute best to finish our jewelry orders including working 12hr days if need be in order to complete the orders.
In-House diamonds: Our loose in-stock diamonds, (currently the only items visible on our diamond catalog) are secure in our vault and we can ship our loose diamonds within a one to two business day window as needed.
Speaking for myself and the rest of the company, I wanted give everyone Godspeed. We’re very confident that our country will get through this and will come out even stronger on the other side. We urge everyone to closely follow the guidance of your local authorities. Be safe out there.
