very small colored stone/diamond rings?

I've been looking at colored gems and wondering how these very small stones look once set? for example leibish has some beautiful colored diamond stones as small as 0.05 carats. what do you do with these and if your colored diamond center stone is say .2 carats how does that look?

I like to have very small stones gypsy set into the band or if it is a diamond, it can be tension set.
