Vendors that do great bezels and will set outside diamonds?

Are there any vendors that do quality, thin bezel-set studs that will set outside diamonds? I love Brian Gavin's milgrain bezel studs, but I don't think they will set diamonds that are not purchased from them. Suggestions?

It might be worth your while to reach out to BGD to find out if they will set other stones.

The reason I say this is that I know someone had Asha stones in BGD earrings, and those certainly didn't come from BGD!

They just set my outside diamond into a pendant last month. We had to pay an 'outside stone' fee, though.

I recently got a quote from BG to reset my studs into RG bezel settings which included a $125 setting fee.
