Vendor recommendations for 3-stone huggie earrings

I recently reached a salary milestone and wanted to celebrate with a pair of 3-stone huggie earrings. I've never commissioned a custom piece before so I'd love any recommendations or suggestions. I'm considering:
Price: under $400
Metals: Sterling silver or 10k white gold (plan for these to be my everyday earrings so I'm not sure if silver is secure enough)
Stones: 6x 4-5mm (~.3ct) well cut lab diamonds (preferred) or moissanites

This is the overall look I'm aiming for - substantial lobe coverage without going "too" big, smaller hoop diameter



Is this doable within my budget? Are there any pre-fab options I'm overlooking? Thanks!!

Have you tried ETSY? I would do a search on there.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've done a cursory search and usually only find ones with smaller (<0.2ct) stones and questionable cut quality. Maybe I need to send more time looking
