Vendor ghosting?

Hi, I think I made a mistake purchasing a diamond through fiorese. I think I’m being ghosted. I don’t want to jump the gun, but at what point do you give up and dispute the charges? Thanks in advance!

I’d open a dispute as I had serious doubts about the vendor. In other words, it sounds like the time would be now. After all, opening a dispute doesn't prevent a vendor from making it right. In often strongly encourages them to do so ASAP.
