Vatche 3 stone truffle ring price

I like the vatche 3 stone truffle ring. Does anyone know the price its for .90 center and .25-.35 on each the sides.(I already have the diamonds)What would the price for this be in either 14kt white gold or platinum. Does anyone else make a similar ring less expensive? thanks
