Vatché X Prong vs Lucida

What's the difference between Vatché X Prong and Lucida setting?

Also, I saw a emerald cut solitaire setting in Tiffany and it was gorgeous. Does any one have this picture for the idea of my e-ring?

Here's the pic for lucida
They do look identical but prove me if I'm wrong. Looks like the Lucida from tiffany do have better proportion and craftmanship. (or is it just the photo enhancement)
