I am new to antique jewelry collecting. My first piece of jewelry is this beautiful cameo. I am wondering what it’s value is. Here are the specifications:

  • Gem Stones: Diamond, natural Sapphire
  • Approx. Measurement or Weight of Gem Stones: Diamond (1) 2.30mm=.05 ct. Sapphires (1) 4 x 1.20 mm (2) 2.50 x 2.50mm=.15 ct
  • Clarity: Diamond SI2-I1 Sapphires: some natural inclusions
  • Color: Diamond HI. Sapphires: medium to dark blue
  • Mounting metal: 14k white gold
  • Approx. Size or length: 1.75 x 1.50 inches
  • Condition: Very finely made and in beautiful condition. Some normal surface wear. Stones are not abraded. The rectangular Sapphire at the top of the brooch has a hairline crack and chip, 10x magnification must be used to notice it. Please enlarge our images.

Based on some similar ones that I've seen lately, I'd say $200-300.
