Valuation of a GIA diamond

Hi Guys, first time posting so let me know if this is not appropriate.

My GF and I were looking at engagement rings on the weekend and she found a stone she really liked, I managed to get the GIA # which is 2125110521. The diamond is a Princess cut, 0.72 carat, E, VS2 with a table width of 68% and a depth of 76.8%. I've viewed the report online and it seems like a pretty good diamond, the jeweller we are getting it from has been in the business for 25 yrs. The band itself will be white gold with palladium, incased with 0.33 carat diamonds.

Total price is AUD$5,500.

Could you experts let me know if that's a good deal or am I getting fleeced?

hi and welcome

there is a search function at the top of this forum, it's a pretty good tool to search the competition. The most expensive princess cut i found with your stats was roughly 3400. I used that search a lot when we were hunting for my diamond.
