This is a very special Valentine’s Day indeed! My husband made me this 14kt yellow gold blue star sapphire ring by hand! As many of you know, he has been making jewelry, in our basement, as a hobby for a few years. This is the first gold ring that he has made completely alone with no input from me and not during a jewelry class. I think it turned out wonderfully and I love it! The star sapphire weighs about 4.5cts. I’ve posted about the other rings he has made me before and am including a “family photo” of all of them here together.
