Urgent! My WF ring ships tomorrow but I''m not sure I love it

On the upside my house is immaculate!! All that excited energy has served me well today!

James to the rescue! James from WF just called and said the Fed Ex driver listed my address as being wrong saying the package was undeliverable. That is what they always say when they just don''t want to drive all the way out in the sticks where I live. James called FedEx and confirmed the address (which was 100% correct) and told them this package is URGENT and needs to be delivered today. The driver is supposed to call me for directions in the next 30 minutes. James set up a home delivery especially for me since I live more than 50miles from the closest Fed Ex office. From what I understand the usual way is that you go to the Fed Ex office and pick your package up there and sign for it. I can''t say enough good things about the wonderful customer service I have received so far from WF. I''ve worked with Celina (who is no longer with WF) and then James took over my order when she left. I''ve talked with several of the WF folks on the phone and via e-mail as well and have yet to have anything but a pleasant experience. I know they will do all they can to get my ring here ASAP. I hope it arrives today!!!! I am on pins and needles!!!

James at WF saved the day! He called and rattled cages at FedEx until they finally made a special run and brought my ring to me at 8:15pm. Just as all of you predicted, I love it!

The prongs are just fine and so far no issues with scratching, although it is hard to scratch anyone while walking around with your hand in front of you admiring your ring

I''m going to try to post some pictures in Show Me the Ring. I want to get some pictures outisde in sunlight but that will have to wait until tomorrow. The ones I have are a bit blurry but I''ll try to post them for now anyway. Thank you everyone for the great advice!!! I would have never found WF without this forum and I couldn''t be more pleased with my experience there.
