I've come to love and appreciate beautiful OEC's from being a sideline member of this community. 
I guess this happens to a lot of people?? This is my 25th anniversary year, and in addition to resetting my original e-ring, I'm also thinking about buying an OEC with the hope of upgrading it over the years to a really nice stone in the 3+ct range. VC and GOG have great upgrade policies, but you are restricted to their in house stones, and thus there is not a huge inventory to choose from in the larger ct's. Are there other vendors I should be researching? And for those who have upgraded over the years, I'd welcome any do's and don'ts! TIA!
