Just received pictures of my new ring with the thinner shank. I absolutely love it and think the proportions are so much better now. Haven't seen it yet in person, but should have it early next week.

The proportion of the thinner shank with the center stone looks fabulous and glad you were able to have it remade! Did you already request to have the matching wedding band made in the same width?

Thanks so much. Unfortunately, we can't afford both right now. Hopefully for our anniversary next spring, we'll have it made. He said he could cast it at any time.

It does look beautiful! It loos just right! Pictures when you get to wear it!

The thicker one made the halo/diamond look smaller. The right proportions make the halo look the right size!
