Unusual Pearl Pendant

I usually wear a strand of pearls, pearl stud earrings, or a single pearl pendant, but I found this today and think it's quite a lot of fun. This is a pearl and mother-of-pearl pendant. It has tiny little bits of rock between the blisters, which adds to the 'romance' of it. I'm enjoying wearing this pendant with jeans and a sweater on a long 22" chain. I like that it sort of alludes to the entire "pearl process" if you will.
